Karina received her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Rush University in 2020. She has previous experience working in schools, pediatric outpatient clinics, and home-based early intervention. Prior to becoming a speech-language pathologist, Karina earned a music business degree from New York University and taught English as a second language in South Korea, where she developed a passion for working with children and bilingual language learners. She is mostly fluent in Tagalog and speaks some Spanish and a little Korean. During her free time, she enjoys watching movies, singing, hiking, and spending time with her rescue dog.
