Jessica Coto

Maternal-Infant Mental Health Therapist

Jessica Coto, M.A. LMFT, has been working in the field of mental health since 2015. She has a Masters in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Jessica has worked in community mental health agencies providing in-home and school based therapy services to youth impacted by trauma and involved with child protective services.

Jessica is passionate about helping children and families thrive towards balance and harmony in their lives. She believes in the importance of helping parents who may be experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and believes that if parents are supported they become their child’s greatest advocate. Jessica strongly believes that when providers work together, care is simplified and both children and families thrive.

Jessica has specialized training to work with infants from 0-5, including certifications in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and as an Infant Massage Parent Educator. She has also completed specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
