Andrea Sanchez received her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Boston University. Prior to Boston, Andrea received her Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health at California State University, Fullerton.

Andrea completed her doctoral capstone at Nurture Collective, researching the needs of mothers who had babies in the NICU and their transition to home and early intervention. Andrea loves working with children and families and has always envisioned working in pediatrics. She has a passion for advocacy and improving the health of all people and their communities. Her interests include feeding, infant development, and maternal-infant mental health. In her free time, Andrea enjoys running, reading, spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, and watching movies.
